Because of the substantial improvements in our method and software, a new brand name – Sologic – will serve as our flagship moving forward.

If you liked the training, software and services you received in the past, you’re going to love what Sologic has to offer. We’ve been working in root cause analysis for over 20 years, we’ve gained keen insights into the science of cause and effect, and we have learned from our clients’ diverse, real-world experiences. 

The Sologic method is based on logical cause and effect analysis. It’s similar to what you’ve already learned, but now takes every investigation to a higher level with a deeper examination of the science of cause and effect. Where will Sologic have offices?

Will our Certified Instructors (CIs) have to start over? 

No. Existing CIs will be grandfathered and there will be no re-certification fee. The CIs will need to learn the new material and software, however, the concepts not only build upon what they already know in an intuitive way, but also represent a response to their requests. No one will be starting from scratch. The new method and software enhance what was previously offered, and will deliver increased value and results. The Sologic method and software were developed directly from the needs, desires and experiences we’ve heard from our clients over the years. 

We already have RealityCharting software approved and entrenched. Why should we change to Causelink? 

Sologic Causelink® provides the powerful features, outputs and enhancements that our clients have requested. For instance, it is the only RCA software on the market with use of whitespace so efficient that it clearly displays 50-plus causes in an 8.5x11” active workspace, printout and PDF, while also printing to a plotter. A priority for IT departments, it is built using a state-of-the-art technology platform compatible with current IT architectures.

Sologic is committed to ensuring the transition is as smooth and easy as possible. For example, Causelink license keys are provided free to registered users of Reality Charting, a demo video efficiently introduces users to the intuitive features, and Sologic Causelink has the ability to import previous root cause analysis software files. Our in-house helpdesk includes the people who built the software, so they'll work closely with IT departments on review and set-up, and will provide users with direct expertise -- all with service orientation and prompt response times. 

If your organization uses an enterprise RCA solution, we will also provide the new enterprise software at a substantial discount. Our helpdesk is now in-house and includes the people who built the software, so you’ll enjoy direct access to high quality expertise and service orientation with prompt turnaround time. 

Are there new manuals?

Yes. The manuals are completely new. All Sologic training materials have been created to reflect our cutting-edge research and RCA innovations.

What language capabilities does Sologic have? 

Written materials are available in English, Spanish, Portuguese, Swedish, Dutch, Chinese and French. Italian, German and Russian are planned for future release. We have instructors who speak English, Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch, Swedish, Mandarin, Cantonese, French and more. We are highly experienced in training audiences in any language by working closely with an on-site translator. 

Does Sologic offer e-learning? 

Yes. Our introductory eRCA: Participant Fundamentals course offers a great introduction to the Sologic method, and integrates with our progression of classroom training offerings. More advanced e-learning courses are currently being developed.

Does Sologic offer e-learning in foreign languages?

Yes. We have begun with our priority languages of Spanish, Portuguese, and Dutch.  Others will be available (based on demand) in the future.
