Sologic Causelink Enterprise Version

(Available in 2012)
Causelink Enterprise is a software application that connects to a shared database hosted in your company’s private network. It is an excellent way to harness the power of cause-and-effect charting software across your business – giving users a common platform to solve complex problems and prevent them from recurring.

With Causelink Enterprise, users have additional power to analyze data through a managers' dashboard, and run reports -- including systemic causes, active analyses and problems by location.

Causelink Enterprise is secure, and integrates seamlessly with other software solutions, such as action tracking, IT service management, or single sign-on.

Components include:

  • Problem management server (RCA management dashboard, Database, Web service API)
  • Total program management system
  • Causelink client software

Installation

Causelink Enterprise is configured to connect to a single server, and can be installed by a user with appropriate administrative access. 

Security and safety

To enhance corporate security, charts are created in offline mode and can be exported or printed without connecting to the shared database. Users can open and sync cause-and-effect charts with the problem management system – at which point other users can access to read and modify the charts, as long as they have the appropriate permissions.

Configuring access

The web management dashboard allows administrators to define group-based permissions and assign individual users to specific groups.
