RCA Public Seminars

Our public classes are held in convenient locations worldwide and open to students from any organization. Scheduled throughout the year, these public seminars are also available in many different languages. Public instruction is a good fit for organizations who are new to Sologic®, or smaller companies that only need to train a few team members. Students follow identical curriculum and receive the same level of hands-on instruction as employees registered in our on-site seminars.

RCA Analyst Level 1

Facilitator - 2 days of classroom instruction

Learn to lead a successful root cause analysis, and to use Sologic Causelink® software. More than 99 percent of students would recommend this course to colleagues. Learn more.

RCA Analyst Level 2

Master Facilitator - 1 day of classroom instruction

Learn to lead more complex root cause analysis projects by gaining additional investigation and facilitator skills.  Also learn to plan and support an effective RCA program. Learn more.

RCA Analyst Level 3

Lead Investigator Training - 1 day of classroom instruction

Continue building advanced investigation skills.  Learn to produce reliable, impartial results, and preserve credibility of the investigation team and problem owner. Learn more.
