Plug into our free Sologic® webinars, designed to help people we've trained to enhance their RCA skills, and people we haven't yet trained to glimpse the value of formal RCA training. Everyone has the opportunity to ask questions. Many Sologic webinars qualify as continuing education hours to maintain professional designations or standards. New sessions are added regularly, so visit the schedule often to sign up.

I enjoyed the webinar on cause and effect.  I REALLY liked the simplistic examples you used, and the methodology in asking (exploring) the “thorough” cause, for example: cup with liquid/no lid on cup -- should the cup have a lid, etc….

I also really liked the "omissions" portion.  It seems so simple, and yet I know we don't stop to ask if something is missing that shouldn't be.  Too often, what we think is irrelevant is actually a contributor.  

We just live in such a "quick fix" world that it is hard to use any methodology that appears to take too much time.  I like the idea of using a tool that explores all aspects of a problem without seeming difficult.
