Yes, an export feature is available for individual RCAs.  You can also export RCA data from the search results and any of the management reports.  The export data format is .csv.

Do you have an API?
Yes, Causelink is built to integrate with other systems.  Upon request, we will provide you with documentation on the Causelink API.  We can also assist your team with any integration that you may be considering.

I'm using Internet Explorer 10, so why am getting a message "You appear to be using IE 8/9..."?
IE may be loading in compatibility mode for sites within your network/intranet.  Your IT staff should be able to add an exception for Causelink URLs in your IE group policy.  Users will need to restart their machines to see the group policy update.

Can I use records that have been created in Causelink Desktop software?
Yes, export an .srca file from Causelink Desktop and save it to a folder that you can access. In Causelink SaaS, click RCAs > Import and you'll see a form that allows you to import one or more .srca files.
