Answers:

How many users will my concurrent license support?
The following numbers are estimates only.  Support levels will vary depending upon an organization's RCA Program.
5 seat concurrent license supports 25 named users
10 seat  concurrent license supports 50 named users
25 seat  concurrent license supports 125 named users
50 seat  concurrent license supports 250 named users
100 seat  concurrent license supports 500 named users

Can we use our standard Windows/Active Directory login?
Yes, Causelink integrates with Active Directory and other SAML-based systems.  This authentication method can be configured by a user with a Causelink IT account.

Can our data be encrypted?
Yes, your data can be encrypted in transit and at rest.

Do you provide data backups?
You can schedule data backups at any time interval supported by your IT team.

Who owns the data?
As stated in our Licensing Agreement, you own your RCA data.

Can I use my RCA data in other programs?
Yes, an export feature is available for individual RCAs.  You can also export RCA data from the search results and any of the management reports.  The export data format is .csv.

Do you have an API?
Yes, Causelink is built to integrate with other systems.  Upon request, we will provide you with documentation on the Causelink API.  We can also assist your team with any integration that you may be considering.

I'm using Internet Explorer 10, so why am getting a message "You appear to be using IE 8/9..."?
IE may be loading in compatibility mode for sites within your network/intranet.  Your IT staff should be able to add an exception for Causelink URLs in your IE group policy.  Users will need to restart their machines to see the group policy update.

Can I use records that have been created in Causelink Desktop software?
Yes, export an .srca file from Causelink Desktop and save it to a folder that you can access. In Causelink SaaS, click RCAs > Import and you'll see a form that allows you to import one or more .srca files.
