Answers:

Is my data secure?
Yes, your connection to Causelink Individual is encrypted with https and the database is also encrypted.  In addition, no other Causleink subscribers are able to see your data.   

Do you provide data backups?
Yes, we backup your data every day and keep it available for 14 days.

Who owns the data?
As stated in the terms of use, you own your RCA data.

Can I use my RCA data in other programs?
Yes, an export feature is available for individual RCAs.  You can also export RCA data from the search results.  The export data format is .csv. 

I'm using Internet Explorer 10, so why am getting a message "You appear to be using IE 8/9..."?
IE may be loading in compatibility mode for sites within your network/intranet.  Your IT staff should be able to add an exception for Causelink URLs in your IE group policy.  Users will need to restart their machines to see the group policy update.

Can I use records that have been created in Causelink Desktop software?
Yes, export an .srca file from Causelink Desktop and save it to a folder that you can access. In Causelink SaaS, click RCAs > Import and you'll see a form that allows you to import one or more .srca files.

Where is Causelink Individual hosted?
Causelink Individual is hosted at Amazon Web Services.
