Sologic, LLC has further committed to cooperate with the panel established by the EU and UK Data Protection Authorities (DPAs) with regard to unresolved Privacy complaints concerning data transferred from the EU or UK.
 
Sologic, LLC is certified to ISO 27001 Information Security and the associated controls for data collection, use, and retention (including personal information). If there is any conflict between the terms in this privacy policy and the ISO 27001 Principles, the ISO 27001 Principles shall govern.
 
Sologic, LLC will subject all data, including personal information to the appropriate controls in compliance with our privacy policy and ISO 27001. Sologic, LLC is subject to the investigative and enforcement authority of the U.S. Department of Commerce. Sologic, LLC may be required to disclose personal information in response to lawful requests by public authorities. Sologic, LLC has potential liability for onward transfers to third parties. Additionally, an individual may be allowed to invoke binding arbitration to resolve disputes under certain limited conditions.

What We Collect
We collect and use the following information to provide, improve and protect our Services, including information:

  • That is about you but individually does not identify you, such as purchase order number or request for quote; and/or
  • Data you input into a Sologic or Causelink software system while using the service.
  • About your internet connection, the equipment you use to access our Websites, and usage details.

  • Automatically as you navigate through the site. Information collected automatically may include usage details, IP addresses, and information collected through cookies, web beacons, and other technologies.
With whom
We do not share your data with advertisers or other third-parties, except as stated below.

Law & Order. We may disclose your information to third parties if we determine that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to (a) comply with the law; (b) protect any person from death or serious bodily injury; (c) prevent fraud or abuse of Sologic or our users; or (d) protect Sologic's property rights.
Stewardship of your data is critical to us and a responsibility that we embrace. We believe that our users' data should receive the same legal protections regardless of whether it's stored on our services or on their home computer's hard drive. We'll abide by the following Government Request Principles when receiving, scrutinizing, and responding to government requests for our users' data:

  • Protect all users, and
  • Provide trusted services.
To transfer personal data to a third party acting as an agent, Sologic will: (i) transfer such data only for limited and specified purposes; (ii) ascertain that the agent is obligated to provide at least the same level of privacy protection as is required by the Principles; (iii) take reasonable and appropriate steps to ensure that the agent effectively processes the personal information transferred in a manner consistent with the organization’s obligations under the Principles; (iv) require the agent to notify the organization if it makes a determination that it can no longer meet its obligation to provide the same level of protection as is required by the Principles; (v) upon notice, including under (iv), take reasonable and appropriate steps to stop and remediate unauthorized processing; and (vi) provide a summary or a representative copy of the relevant privacy provisions of its contract with that agent to the Department upon request.

Your rights
You have the right to request access to the personal data that we store. If you would like to see this data, simply send a request through our contact form at http://www.sologic.com/contact-us. In addition, if you find that your personal data-related requests are not being met, it is within your rights to invoke binding arbitration.

How
Security. We have a team dedicated to keeping your information secure and testing for vulnerabilities.
Retention. We'll retain the information you store on our Services for as long as we need it to provide you the Services. If you delete your account, we'll also delete this information. But please note: (1) there might be some latency in deleting this information from our servers and back-up storage; and (2) we may retain this information if necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.
 
Sologic is subject to the investigatory and enforcement powers of the Federal Trade Commission (FTC).

Where
Around the world. To provide you with the Services, we may store, process, and transmit information in locations around the world - including those outside your country. Information may also be stored locally on the devices you use to access the Services.

Accessing and Correcting Your Information
You can review and change your personal information by logging into the Websites and visiting your account profile page.

You may also send us an email at support@sologic.com to request access to, correct or delete any personal information that you have provided to us. We cannot delete your personal information except by also deleting your user account. We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.

If you delete your User Contributions from the Websites, copies of your User Contributions may remain viewable in cached and archived pages, or might have been copied or stored by other Website users. Proper access and use of information provided on the Websites, including User Contributions, is governed by our terms of use.

Your State Privacy Rights
State consumer privacy laws may provide their residents with additional rights regarding our use of their personal information. However, please know we do not currently sell data triggering that statute's opt-out requirements.

Changes
If we are involved in a reorganization, merger, acquisition, or sale of our assets, your information may be transferred as part of that deal. We will notify you (for example, via a message to the email address associated with your account) of any such deal and outline your choices in that event.
 
We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time and will post the most current version on our website. If a revision meaningfully reduces your rights, we will notify you.
