Sologic provides training, facilitations and consultancy in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) & Complex Problem-Solving, supported by globally accredited software and eLearning.

With offices on five continents, delivering in multiple languages, our services are built on over 20 years of worldwide experience.

We deliver within an expanding range of sectors, including, but not limited to, Financial Services, Chemical Industries, Manufacturing, Construction, I.T, Oil & Gas, Utilities, Healthcare and Retail. Within these sectors we work across multiple disciplines that include Audit, Quality, Safety, HR, Logistics, Reliability, Operations, Legal, Customer Service, CX and Compliance.

Due to our continued expansion, we are currently looking for employed Trainer-Consultants to join our EMEA office located in Norwich, Norfolk, UK. Norwich is the home base for this role, however, there is capacity to divide time between delivery onsite to clients, homeworking and an agreed number of days per month in Norfolk

• Develop understanding and skills to deliver the Sologic Root Cause Analysis methodology
• Deliver high-quality RCA training and RCA facilitations throughout the EMEA region
• Demonstrate and support the implementation and utilisation of Sologic software products
• Build and develop lasting partnerships between Sologic and our clients
• Support our clients’ ‘in-house’ RCA programmes
• Travel extensively
• Identify opportunities where Sologic’s services would be effective and commercially viable
• Represent Sologic at industry conferences and forums
• Create original content for articles, white papers and client publications
• Contribute to Sologic’s own development and innovation
• Maintain a strong commitment to on-going learning and professional development
• Work closely with an existing team of dedicated Sologic professionals

Person Specification

Sologic is looking for a dynamic individual with a strong commitment to delivering quality business solutions and problem-solving programs which exceed client expectations and ensure optimal learning and measurable improvements. Our Trainer-Consultants demonstrate a positive attitude, a willingness to work efficiently and diligently, along with exceptional attention to detail.

Often our clients operate in highly regulated industries and our Trainer- Consultants must keep in mind their business and project goals at all times.

Successful applicants will have a combination of senior level work experience in a relevant field, strong critical thinking skills, interpersonal skills and training skills.

As a Sologic Trainer-Consultant you will:

• Have excellent presentation and training skills
• Have the ability to confidently confer and work with subject matter experts
• Have a well-developed understanding of how people learn
• Have strong and effective interpersonal skills including the ability to deal with a diverse mix of personalities, nationalities and roles within a training environment
• Be able to inspire and motivate teams both in facilitations and in RCA classes
• Demonstrate flexibility within the classroom and the consultancy team
• Have well-developed Critical Thinking skills
• Have the ability to communicate information clearly and effectively. Both verbally and in the written form
• Be efficient in your organisational and time management
• Be self-motivated and able to work on your own initiative
• Be effective and reliable in your communications and liaison with the Sologic team
• Be creative and proactive in your work
• Have a strong interest in helping people to develop their skills
• Be computer literate, eg be able to work confidently with PowerPoint and open to learning how to use Causelink (Sologic Proprietary Software)
