With offices on 5 continents and built on decades of field experience, the Sologic methodology is used by leading organizations around the world. Some of our clients include Amazon, United Airlines, Boston Beer Co., U.S. Navy, Raytheon Technologies, and Koch Industries.  We are looking to expand our instructor corps to continue providing our clients with the highest level of service.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Delivery of training (virtual and/or face-to-face) on the Sologic Method of Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to Sologic’s clients across a range of industries and at multiple levels ranging from line employees to senior leaders.
  • Providing mentoring and coaching to past course attendees who seek help
  • Providing occasional investigation support to Sologic’s clients
  • Providing overview presentations to potential clients seeking to learn more about the Sologic Method
  • Providing review and feedback on client RCA’s
  • Developing RCA’s that can be used as examples to help illustrate the concepts
  • Writing blogs, whitepapers, and content on various RCA-related topics
  • Developing and delivering short webinars (30-60 minutes) on RCA-related topics
Requirements & Education
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to effectively interact with client personnel from a wide variety of industries/organizations.
  • An inherent curiosity in how things and systems work, along with how to improve them.
  • Strong presentation skills. 
  • 4+ years of industry experience
  • Travel required up to 75% during busy times
    • Most travel is in North America with the majority in the US.  Occasional trips to the Middle East (typically trip is 10-14 days)
    • North American travel is typically confied to Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday. Weekend travel is occasionally required
  • Posess an energetic, outoging, and friendly demeanor
  • US citizenship with a valid passport
  • Excellent analytical and time-management skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as an active member of a team
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel), Online collaboration tools (Zoom, Teams, WebEx, GoTo Meeting and Sologic's Causelink software
Nice to have
  • Prior RCA experience 
  • College degree
  • Previously completed a Sologic RCA course
  • Experience with training on technical topics
Base pay - $70,000 & up (based on experience) per year + variable pay (profit sharing)

  • Fully remote/work-from-home environment with in-person meetings and training sessions. (Option to work out of Midland, Michigan office)
