The latest version of Causelink Enterprise makes it easier to solve problems with root cause analysis. Released on January 31st, Version 5.0 includes the following new features and customer-requested improvements:

  • New Languages - Causelink now supports Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese, French, and German
  • Cause & Effect Chart - you can now collapse and summarize cause paths
  • Communication - choose the reports you'd like emailed to your inbox
  • PDF - there are now more options to summarize your RCA report
  • RCA Solution page - filter and prioritize solutions. Administrators can configure the fields displayed, such as corrective/preventative, priority, term, and control
  • Timeline - there is now a way to print the timeline as a list. Also, rapidly enter Timeline events in the sidebar
  • Images - you can add images to the report summary
  • Navigation - we made it easier to find and complete actions
  • New Tutorial - makes it easier to start using the system
Causelink Enterprise customers will receive the update over the next several weeks. Causelink Individual customers will be updated to Version 5.0 soon afterwards.
