Tactical

Training designed for students who will participate in investigations, or facilitate and manage your company’s root cause analysis program. Courses include: 

  • Participant - Online e-learning; instructor-led course available upon request.
  • Analyst Level 1 - Practitioner & Facilitator - 2 days of classroom instruction. 
  • Analyst Level 2 - Master Facilitator - 1 day of classroom instruction. 
  • Analyst Level 3 - Lead Investigator - 1 day of classroom instruction. 

Managerial

Managers don’t usually participate in RCA investigations, but they do provide the resources necessary to ensure successful analyses, and the authority to foster a successful RCA culture. The managerial track teaches key stakeholders how to understand, support and integrate RCA programs with their business goals. Courses include:

Students who want to become certified Sologic® RCA instructors need comprehensive classroom training. These courses equip experienced RCA facilitators with the skills they need to teach the Sologic method. Courses include:
