Causelink Enterprise connects to a shared database hosted in your company’s private network, providing a centralized location to store all information pertaining to each RCA.  It is secure, and has the capability to integrate with other software solutions, such as action tracking, IT service management, and other third-party Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), along with Active Directory.

Causelink Enterprise empowers users to:

  • Synchronize Causelink Client with the Enterprise database for streamlined storage and access
  • Spot systemic opportunities through automated ‘common cause’ detection 
  • Manage users; assign roles and permissions
  • Monitor RCA progress and Key Performance Indicators
