Most of the training we conduct is for individual clients.  This allows us to work directly with teams from your organization. The courses below can be configured to fit your needs and specific areas of focus.  For instance, if you want the courses to include how RCA intersects with Reliability Centered Maintenance, or how to fold Human and Organizational Performance concepts into the Sologic structure and toolset, or to include your own specific case studies, we can easily accomodate such requests through our private course offerings.

The best way to learn more is to contact us using the form below for a consultation.

Sologic Training FAQs

How long does an RCA course take?
Our RCA Specialist course is delivered over 2 consecutive days. Optional follow up courses are available and range from half a day to 3 days.

Is there a minimum number of course participants?
Our courses are designed to best accomodate between 10 - 20 students.

Do students need any prior knowledge of RCA before they attend?
No prior knowledge or experience is required for our Specialist course.  The RCA Master course builds from there.  And you will need to attend both the Specialist and Master courses to continue on to the RCA Instructor program.

What needs to be completed prior to attending?
Virtual courses will require that you complete an online component before attending the instructor-led portion of the course.  And it is always a good idea to come prepared with goals, expectations, and questions!  Often we will ask participants if they have a real-life scenario we can use as an example.

Is there any follow up coursework?
We do not require any additional follow-up homework.  But we will also tell you that participants are most likely to consolidate their learning when they put their new skills and tools to immediate use after class.  Sologic is always standing by to help, so please get in touch if you would like one of us to help!

Is there a certificate upon completion?
All candidates receive a certificate of completion, including 0.1 CEUs per hour attended.

What if I'm not sure if Sologic offerings apply to me?
The world we live in generates problems and risks that require solutions no matter where you work.  The knowledge, skills, and tools Sologic provides are universally helpful, no matter where you choose to apply them.

We have other initiatives, such as Lean Six Sigma, Reliability Centered Maintenance, and Human and Organizational Performance - does Sologic compete with or compliment them?
Sologic excels at solving complex problems.  Our offerings compliment these other initiatives nicely.  And we are happy to configure our courses to align with any other initiatives.
